All projects at Brand Infosolution commence with discovery/analysis with creation of scope of the work document. This enables both the parties to understand in a meticulous manner the working required by the project, which further eliminates the risk of any project reversals, cancellations or disputes in that matter.
We need our clients to understand that there is considerable time and effort done in order to complete every segment and module of a project, therefore refund for the work which has already been fully completed is not possible.
A project which is terminated on a mutual basis from both the parties, all the work completed up to the termination will be under the control of the client and any further development or payment regarding it will become void. The refund for work already done and segment already completed, there will be no refund whatsoever.
After the mock-up design has been approved by the client, and the project has proceeded forward to its development phase, any refund regarding the same is not viable or possible.
There will be no potential refunds for a project which is midway through its segment phase.
Any services offered by the marketing team of Brand Infosolution are limited period offers commenced on special occasions, thereby no cancellation is possible on these services whatsoever.
SEO and digital marketing packages are to be cancelled only with an advance notice of 30 days or more. These packages are not refundable.
Brand Infosolution does not allow refund on any deposits made by the clients or any payments made for a project which is dormant for more than 30 days.
